YTB Sells LearJet and other Assets to Raise Cash
In an effort to raise cash after experiencing an upsetting year both legally and financially, YTB International continues to sell off their assets. The company is still dealing with 2 recent classic action suits filed against them by the California Attorney General.
YTB just recently announced that they finally sold their 1980 Learget 35A to a company named Peterbridge LLC, whom ironically, doesn't show up anywhere in a Google search. The learjet went for $1,095,000 after a previous deal fell through with Espectra Aviation Inc earlier.
Also recently YTB sold its Edwardsville, ILL office building including all of the of their equipment for $1.5 million dollars to Prestige Management Services. YTB has plans to sell off another one of its buildings. WR Landing LLC will purchase 10 acres of land from YTB, which is located near its Madison County ILL headquarters.

YTB International Sees More Trouble as Class-Action Lawsuit Emerges
Already accused of operating an "illegal pyramid scheme" and utilizing an "illiegal chain referral sales technique", YTB International is again under fire as former agents and sales reps file a class action lawsuit.
Also, YTB disclosed on Monday, August 11th, in an SEC filing, that its application for listing on the American Stock Exchange was withdrawn on Friday.
YTB International in Big Trouble with CA Attorney General
California's Attorney General has allegedly filed a lawsuit against YTB International (YourTravelBiz.com), the MLM Travel Company, stating that they are practicing as an illegal pyramid scheme.
